understand that you don't have to tear the head apart, just take off the headcover. Apart from wrenches you'll need a rubber mallet (to loosen the cover), some liquid gasket type stuff ( I recommend Hondabond) and some moly-paste/assembly lube (for the cam) when you put it together. Very simple stuff.
